I moved to Champaign to attend the University of Illinois in 1992 where I graduated with a BA degree in Philosophy in 1997. While attending school and also working in the evenings at a great local restaurant establishment, Alexander's Steak House, I began my real estate career working for a local real estate investment entrepreneur.

It was in 2000 that I began building my own portfolio of rental property and further advanced my career in real estate by joining the team at Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. My hands on education continued in 2003 when I co-founded the company Champaign Heating & Air Inc, an HVAC company that still services commercial and residential customers throughout Central Illinois. I helped build the company as it achieved over 100% growth in revenue each year that I owned it. I sold my half of the company in 2005 and my real estate career expanded once again.

In 2008 I joined forces with of the Champaign County Association of Realtors as a Licensed Broker and Realtor. Then in 2009 I earned a Certified Residential Appraiser's license, and in 2013 started my own appraisal firm, Brandow Real Estate Appraisals. In 2014 I proudly joined Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group and continue to provide professional brokerage services for home buyers and sellers throughout Central Illinois.
